· Journeys in Color, a solo exhibition of my work – RiverWinds Community Center, W. Depford, NJ – October 2nd through November 13th, 2009 [See photos]
The opening reception on October 2nd was well attended and the thirty plus pieces were attractively displayed. RiverWinds is an excellent venue for my work and a beautiful facility attended by hundreds of visitors and members every day The Sunday following the opening was designated Italian American Day and festivities at RiverWinds were expected to draw from 5,000 to 7,000 people. This is the perfect venue to have my work seen.
· Annual Members’ Exhibit at the Duke Gallery, the Community Arts Center in Wallingford, PA – June 28th through August 8th, 2009
380 pieces of art were displayed in this juried exhibit in the beautiful Duke Gallery which was recently named “Best New Gallery of the Year”. I was proud to have four of my pieces displayed in this prestigious gallery among the works of such talented artists.
· Fairmount Arts Crawl, Philadelphia – Sunday April 26th, 2009 [See photos]
Eighty artists were showcased in 37 restaurants, bars, cafes, and local businesses with music dance, and family activities throughout the Fairmount neighborhood on a beautiful sunny afternoon.
My work was exhibited in the garden adjacent to Jack’s Firehouse Restaurant and was seen by several hundred guests while keyboardist Art Fischman played and vocalist Jen Fellman sang. It was a perfect day and a perfect venue.
